ValProbe satisfies FDA Regulation 21 CFR Part 11 requirements for electronic signatures and records and complies with ISO-17665, EN285 and HTM-2010 for saturated steam sterilization.

Kaye ValProbe® Cryo Logger – Temperature range to -85°C The new Cryo Logger provides an extended temperature range from -85°C to +140°C and provides a single solution for a variety of applications, such as cryogenic chambers, Lyophilizers, ultra low freezers and other deep temperature applications. It is a single solution that provides significant cost savings and productivity gains. Our RTD Technology delivers unrivalled measurement accuracy. The new logger design improves the battery life by 3 times over the existing design and is fully compatible with existing Multi Channel & Single Readers operating seamlessly with the ValProbe 1.5 Software. It is designed for easy on-site user verification between studies with the traditional IRTD and low temperature CTR-80 Bath. Using the standard Kaye Report Wizard Validation, engineers can generate consistent reports among all Kaye instruments with the capability to merge study data with a Validator® 2000 or the new RF ValProbe®.

The embedded RTD technology is integrated into a unique compact surface design, delivering unrivaled measurement accuracy, stability, and response time over the full temperature range. In addition, the Freeze Dryer Logger has been designed to minimize power consumption to deliver maximum battery performance in extremely cold environments.

  The loggers store up to 10,000 samples per sensor permitting the operation as a data logger if RF communication is not possible, e.g. one logger placed in a warehouse exhaust HVAC duct. The logger will resume transmitting data once it is in RF communication with the base station or other logger.

The Kaye Validator AVS (Advanced Validation System) combines accurate sensor measurements with all GMP requirements for calibration and traceability to national standards, while generating compliant reports and
managing the validated assets and validation equipment. The Validator AVS offers improved hardware features, an easy to use data handling concept and an intuitive, user-friendly software interface.
